AdFeeder

Absolutely. By default, AdFeeder applies in-market audiences for each make, for used vehicles and for automotive finance. We are working on more audiences currently.

As AdFeeder updates your campaigns everyday, any changes that you might make today will most likely be overwritten tomorrow by the new upload. If there’s anything that you’d like changed in your campaigns, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Typically we update AdFeeder every working day. This can be done more frequently on request if required.

You do. We simply manage those accounts on your behalf. The relationship between your company and Google, Bing or Facebook is your own. If for any reason you decide not to continue to work with us you are free to take your accounts with you.  We believe this degree of transparency is vitally important.

Bids and Budgets

We typically set the base cost per click, also known as CPC, at between 18p and 25p depending on factors such as location, stock type etc. What you actually pay depends on a large number of variables including the number and variety of vehicles you have in stock. Some of our customers achieve an average cost per click of just 5p!

If you’re just starting out and have no idea of your on-site conversion rate, the math is pretty simple…  Let’s assume that each click costs you 25p on average and you set aside £500 per month for Google Ads clicks. That budget will generate 2,000 clicks to your website. Clearly, if your average cost per click ends up being 50p, then you’re only going to get 1,000 clicks for you £500 spend.

As a starting point, we typically recommend a minimum send of £500 per month per dealer location.

Billing and Payments

PPC

Yes we can arrange that for you. Simply send a support ticket here, stating which UTM parameters you require and we’ll action that for you. There is no charge for this.

Avg. Cpc, or Average Cost Per Click, shows the average amount that you’ve been charged for a click on your ad. Avg. CPC is calculated by dividing the total cost of your clicks by the total number of clicks.

CTR, or Click-Through Rate, is a ratio showing how often people who see your ad end up clicking it. This useful metric can give you an insight into how well certain keywords and ads are performing for you.

An impression is counted each time that your ad appears on Google or the Google Network.

Reporting

Yes we can arrange that for you. Simply send a support ticket here, stating which UTM parameters you require and we’ll action that for you. There is no charge for this.

Google has removed the average position metrics and replaced it with “Impression Top %”, which is the percentage of impressions that were shown above the organic search results.

One of the big advantages of our Google Data Studio reporting is that you can access the report at any time by clicking the link we provided you. However, if you want the report link emailed to you weekly or monthly please add a support ticket and we’ll organise that for you free of charge.

Yes we can although there may be an additional charge for this depending on the amount of work involved.

We use Google Data Studio (GDS) for all our external reporting. GDS allows us to create custom reports that you can access via a simple link any time you need to.
